The Crew

Captain Bruce

Originally from NZ, then living in Australia for 40 years, Bruce is now a citizen of both. He had his first solo sail when he was seven years of age and has raced from 10 years of age and he is as passionate today about sailing, possibly even more so than he was back then!

Bruce has sailed/raced small dinghy classes through to trailer sailers and Keel boats, but his real love is racing his NZ designed 14ft, high performance PaperTiger catamaran in which he has won numerous State, National and International Championships. He also enjoys teaching and is happy to help enhance your experience if you would like to take part during your stay on the water.

Along with itchy feet, his passion led him to pursue a dream of buying and sailing his own boat from Greece back to Australia, via the Atlantic, Panama and the South Pacific. An adventure soon turned into a lifestyle and these days Bruce is keen to share his passion with others and take them on their own little adventures and explore this beautiful part of the Caribbean while experiencing the joy of sailing at a more leisurely pace.
