Mathieu Quer – Captain

Mathieu is coming from a fishing family in Brittany, he dedicated his Life at sea. He has sailed all the seas of the globe and has a fine knowledge of the Caribbean. His favourite place in the world is Caribbean. He also loved to sail in many seas and in particular the Mediterranean and the Pacific and Indian oceans. His sense of responsibility and security, combined with an altruistic and caring personality, will make your stay an extraordinary experience. He likes to share his passion for yachts with all his guests and will be delighted to help you discover everything you have always wanted to know about sailing and sea. Also to show you the most sublime places he knows! Mathieu’s favourite game on board is fishing! You will never run out of fish on board, he will take care of catching it and having it prepared in the kitchen for you. His other passion is diving. He loves the silence and the calm of the under water.

Laura De Rose – Chef

Laura been lucky to cross Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans. Her love for the sea and passion for cooking have inspired her to pursue her career as a Chef on board of exceptional yachts and she is excited to bring her culinary skills to the table.
Her ultimate goal is to create a dining experience that’s both unforgettable and sophisticated, taking into consideration all dietary needs and preferences. She will be showcasing rich flavours and culinary traditions of her Italian heritage, while also drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. She finds great fulfilment in creating beautiful things, from culinary dishes to creative projects. Laura enjoys also outdoor activities like swimming, snorkelling, horse riding, hiking and sleeping under the stars.
