Here at Sail Grenadines we understand that planning travel can be stressful and therefore try to give you as much assistance as possible.
Let us maximize your holiday by stocking your yacht with extra amenities. Please fill out our rental and provision sheets and send back three weeks prior to your charter.
1. Provisioning Forms 2. Watersports & Rental Sheet
You will be greeted by our representative with a Sail Grenadines sign and shown to your transfer. We’d be happy to arrange transportation for your convenience.
On arrival at base you will be greeted by a friendly face and shown to your yacht, which we try our hardest to ensure is ready for your arrival.
Pop to the office to fill in your official documents with your passport and sign a security deposit form or pay for any last minute provisioning. Once this is completed our captains are ready to give you a boat handover and route advice.
We spend time individually with each group on arrival, open up a chart and offer suggestions on where to go. We also discuss the weather for the week. Advice is available on bays and harbours, lively or quiet, the choice is yours. We can also advise on recommended restaurants.
On your way to the boat, why not call in to SVG Yacht Services next door to our office to collect any fins, kayaks, paddleboards or additional equipment you might want for your holiday.
We run through your yacht in detail and ensure you understand how all the on board systems and equipment works. We use a comprehensive checklist to ensure nothing is missed.
Most of our yachts will be in Bequia on the first evening where we reserve space on a mooring and can help you moor the yacht. We can offer assistance if you wish.
A free 1 – 3 hr session is offered on the first morning of charter. Lots of our guests who haven’t sailed the Caribbean benefit from this to ensure they are happy and confident on their yacht.
We can help advise where to sail next, book restaurants and call your next destination in advance so someone is there to meet you.
Subject to arrival and departure times, yachts spend the full 7 days sailing or more!
We do not require that our boats return to the dock on the last evening. Take a mooring buoy and extend your holiday a little more! Our staff will meet you 2 hrs before check out to finalise any fuel, water, or final charter payments. Fuel and water is completed by a boat coming alongside your yacht – everything is made easy!
